  • Information Collected: Your name as provided and email address.

We use cookies and similar techniques on this Website. In line with Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet) and the GDPR, no non-essential cookies are placed before you have given your consent.

4.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the Website to function and to remember the cookie choice you make. They are placed on the basis of the statutory exemption and do not require consent. We do not use a cookie wall: declining non-essential cookies gives you full access to the Website.

Product & Clinical Data Protection Commitments

Our startup develops physical hardware monitoring devices equipped with advanced cameras for sleep state classification of preterm infants in neonatal incubators.

Please note the critical distinction: The public Website and our clinical monitoring hardware operate on separate, isolated infrastructures. No patient video feeds, biometric streams, or clinical telemetry are processed, transferred, or stored by this Website or its web hosting servers.

For our hardware and software monitoring solutions, we commit to the following principles:

  • Privacy by Design: Analysis algorithms are developed to process data locally (edge computing) within the hospital's private, secure network structure, avoiding external cloud transit where possible.
  • End-to-End Encryption: Live streams and analysis feeds are strictly encrypted in transit and at rest, and are restricted to verified clinical staff and authorized parents.
  • Institutional DPAs: All product deployments in clinical settings are governed by institutional Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and institutional review board (IRB) patient consent protocols.
  • No Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, or trade patient health records, video feeds, or biometric data to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not share your contact details with third-party advertisers. However, we utilize trusted service providers to run our Website:

  • Our static contact form submissions are processed through Formspree.
  • Our static website files are hosted on secure, GDPR-compliant cloud servers.
  • We may share technical logs if required to comply with a valid legal subpoena, regulation, or government request.

6. Your GDPR Rights

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Access & Correction: The right to request copies of your personal data and to correct any inaccuracies.
  • Erasure & Objection: The right to request that we delete your contact information or object to us processing it.
  • Data Portability: The right to request the transfer of your data to another organization.

To exercise these rights, please send an inquiry through our contact form. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe we have violated data protection laws.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect adjustments to our website tracking, cookie practices, or regulatory requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated date.
